Path to Munich
Born in Würzburg, Dr. Schmidt pursued his dental studies in his hometown, graduating in 1995 from the Julius Maximilian University. His early career included positions in private practices and a specialized dental training academy in Karlsruhe. Following a humanitarian project in Jamaica, he further refined his skills in oral surgery at a specialized practice in Nuremberg.
In 1998, he joined the International Training Center for Dental Implantology in Nuremberg, where he collaborated with his mentor, Prof. (NY) Dr. Manfred Lang, and began training fellow dentists. In 2000, he fulfilled his long-held dream of establishing his own practice in Munich.
Creative Zahnärzte – A Leading Dental Clinic in Munich
Since 2010, Dr. Schmidt has been leading Creative Zahnärzte, a state-of-the-art dental and implantology clinic located near Munich’s famous Olympic Park. The clinic is part of the HELIOS medical center, a renowned healthcare facility, and includes a dedicated surgical and anesthesia center.
Surgical Expertise & Nationwide Collaborations
Dr. Schmidt also performs ambulatory surgeries in partner clinics across Germany, collaborating closely with local dentists to ensure seamless treatment for patients. His work includes complex dental implant procedures and full-mouth rehabilitations, executed with precision and advanced planning.

A passionate educator, Dr. Schmidt has delivered over 150 lectures and training courses worldwide, in countries including the USA, Canada, Argentina, Japan, China, Russia, Ukraine, Korea, Australia, Papua New Guinea, Jordan, UAE, Libya, and Kuwait.
Additionally, for over 10 years, he served as an advisor to a major medical corporation, contributing directly to the development and enhancement of dental implantology products.
Beyond Dentistry – Personal Interests
Despite his demanding schedule, Dr. Schmidt enjoys spending his rare free time in the mountains, attending classical concerts at the Munich Philharmonic, and visiting art exhibitions. He has a deep passion for classic cars from the 1970s, and during vacations, he enjoys scuba diving and exploring underwater life. In winter, he takes advantage of Munich’s proximity to the Alps for skiing and mountain biking.
